Instead of having to invite individuals to review a document, can the document be uploaded and all users have the oppertunity to make comments and edits? And then designate approvers after a collaboration date range has been completed?
Also is there a way for a user who has such a major change that they need to upload a new version and link it to the current document?\"

There are many questions here so I\'ll try to be concise.
1. No need to invite every individual. You can send collaborators a secure URL to the document; after clicking on the URL they\'ll need to register an Agilewords profile. They\'ll join the document as reviewer
2. Only collaborators with the \"author\" role can make edits online; the document owner needs to explicitely assign that role (when sending an invite or while the document is in review)
3. You can request approval later on (ie: start the review and then request approval from collaborators at a certain stage)
4. If online editing is too limited, then Agilewords allows you to download a local copy (as doc owner). edit it locally in MS Word and re-upload it to Agilewords; changes are sync with the online version and highlighted to collaborators via \"track changes\"
